Flashed my intern badge to steal a cab in DC
Location: DC
I’m a congressional intern in DC. I was late for work one morning, hungover from partying. I walked out to M street from my house in Georgetown to get a cab. Just as I got out to M street, I saw two women about to get into a cab. I hurried over there. Right when they opened the door I said, “I’m sorry ma’am, but I need to be at a hearing in 10 minutes, it’s government business.” And I flashed my red intern badge and jumped in the cab without waiting for a response. Owned.

lol that’s so funny. I love schooling the DC residents, they hate the interns.

Dude, you’re an idiot…Did you know this story ended up in the DCintern blog??? Yeah, apparently, the cab driver didn’t think it was that funny. You’re giving a bad name to us interns! And, you didn’t even pay the guy (according to the cab driver)?!??! That’s so lame, man. Please, try to use your brain next time. Ugh.
